Welcome to the Part 1 of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014: An Overview: This will be of interest to you if you:

  • Have undertaken Landlord Accreditation Wales training for landlords which did not cover the requirements of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014; before the 1st of August 2015.    
  • Have undertaken Rent Smart Wales approved courses, which did not cover he requirements of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014. These are courses run outside Wales in general. Your training provider will have advised you if you need to complete this top up    
  • Are keen to continue with your professional development (CPD)
