This course provides a brief overview of Part 1 of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014 and the reason for the training and then quickly moves on to engagingly deliver a comprehensive range of topics that will be of value to any agent involved in property management. All our trainers have experience of property management and are expert in their presentation style. The main areas covered will include:

The assessment is made of 30 multi-choice questions. You will need to achieve a score of 70% (21 correct answers) to pass the assessment and complete the course.
Course Cancellation
In the event Rent Smart Wales needs to cancel a course or change the time, venue or date of a course, we will attempt to notify all affected parties, including the venue, trainers and any clients registered for the course as soon as possible.
Rent Smart Wales will only cancel a course due to insufficient bookings (less than 15 delegates) a minimum of 15 days prior to the commencement of the course. Cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances may occur at any time. Should Rent Smart Wales need to cancel a course, all registered clients will be offered the options of booking on an alternative course in the future or receive a full refund.
Parking Ensure you read the directions information below. Free parking is not available at all venues. Where no free parking facilities exist course fees are reduced to mitigate local parking charges.
