The assessment is made of 20 multi-choice questions. You will need to achieve a score of 70% (14 correct answers) to pass the assessment and complete the course. Please make sure you read the question and respective answers before you make your selection.

Course Cancellation

In the event Rent Smart Wales needs to cancel a course or change the time, venue or date of a course, we will attempt to notify all affected parties, including the venue, trainers and any clients registered for the course as soon as possible.

Rent Smart Wales will only cancel a course due to insufficient bookings (less than 15 delegates) a minimum of 15 days prior to the commencement of the course. Cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances may occur at any time. Should Rent Smart Wales need to cancel a course, all registered clients will be offered the options of booking on an alternative course in the future or receive a full refund.
