This course provides a brief overview of Part 1 of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014 and the reason for the training and then quickly moves on to engagingly deliver a comprehensive range of topics that will be of value to any agent involved in property management. The assessment is made of 30 multi-choice questions. You will need to achieve a score of 70% (21 correct answers) to pass the assessment and complete the course.

Course Cancellation

In the event Rent Smart Wales needs to cancel a course or change the time, venue or date of a course, we will attempt to notify all affected parties, including the venue, trainers and any clients registered for the course as soon as possible.

Rent Smart Wales will only cancel a course due to insufficient bookings (less than 15 delegates) a minimum of 15 days prior to the commencement of the course. Cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances may occur at any time. Should Rent Smart Wales need to cancel a course, all registered clients will be offered the options of booking on an alternative course in the future or receive a full refund.
